We came to the computer club and met an excellent staff member named Dana. He is very responsible and a great employee. When the place was completely full, he helped us find seats and prepared everything cleanly and carefully. This is already our 10th visit, and we keep coming back thanks to the outstanding customer service he provides. We highly recommend this place to everyone — as long as there are people like Dana working here, it’s a real pleasure to visit. Thank you, Dana!

They need more workers like Morgan. 1/2 of the staffs customer service is shitty but the manager, the 2 female bartenders, the red head dude and Morgan are top tier. I became a member because of consistent quality and quick service. The service is much worse on days where they don’t feel like they’ll be busy or if those people aren’t there. When they are there though service is instant and the staff is super friendly. Remember to eat before you come though. No food or drink allowed in because they have Takorea(ngl I liked the old game arena restaurant better with the arena dogs and better fries)

Avoid this place at all costs. I paid $40 for day passes, and it was a complete scam. The computers are incredibly cruddy and sluggish, and the keyboards are literally missing keys, making it impossible to even get a proper game in. To make matters worse, the staff is completely useless and intrusive instead of giving normal verbal instructions, they get inches from your face to the point where you can smell their stench. and the venue completely failed to make my moneys worth. Save your money and your time—the hardware is broken, the venue is gross, and the service is absolutely pathetic.

Worked with the team at Game Arena so my buddy and I could throw our other buddy’s birthday…and it was just an awesome night. The staff set up all of the systems and screens for us in advance, and overall just made everything easy. The atmosphere and food were top notch. Again, I can’t emphasize how awesome the team the took care of us was. We’ll definitely be back.

If you're in the columbus area, this is pretty slick! My brother knows some people in the business, and he brought me here and man, it's a great place to bring a few friends for a while. They have a bar with different all sorts of stuff you wouldn't really see playing on the TVs at different bars. Great atmosphere with like at least 70 Pcs set up. They have a couple racing Sims a handful of xbox/PS/nintendo consoles and a an outdoor patio that's in like a chill alley with a nice ambiance at night. Great place to meet new people. A couple bathrooms and one that's like a "family bathroom" with more privacy. On God 10/10 will go again
